Area 9–That part of Québec whose perimeter is as follows:

Starting from the meeting point of the left bank of rivière Rouge in the municipality of Calumet village and the northern limit of the right of way of Highway 148; thence, easterly, following that northern limit to the northern limit of the right of way of Highway 158; thence, in a general northeasterly direction following that northern limit to the eastern limit of the right of way of Highway 347; thence, in a general northwesterly direction, following that eastern limit to the left bank of rivière l’Assomption, in the municipality of Saint-Côme parish; thence, northwesterly, following that left bank to the northwestern limit of range II in Cartier township; thence, southwesterly, following the northwestern limit of range II to the southwestern limit of lot 24 of range III; thence, northwesterly, following that southwestern limit to the northwestern limit of range III; thence, southwesterly, following that northwestern limit to the northern limit of the right of way of the road skirting along the north side of lac des Deux Montagnes; thence, in a general westerly direction, following the northern limit of that right of way and the northeastern limit of the right of way of the road leading to lac Beaulieu to a straight line parallel to and 300 m southeast of the southern limit of range V; thence, southwesterly, following that straight line parallel to the southwestern limit of lot 16 of range IV; thence, northwesterly, following that southwestern limit of that lot to the southern limit of the right of way of that road leading to lac Sylvain; thence, in a general westerly direction, following the right of way of that road to the northwestern limit of range IV; thence, southwesterly, following that northwestern limit to the northeastern limit of lot 13 of range IV; thence, southeasterly, following the northeastern limit of that lot over 300 m; thence, following a straight line parallel to and 300 m from the northwestern limit of range IV to the southwestern limit of lot 8 of range V;
